You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the Online program.

The Online DIP program is a two-part course: instruction and evaluation. The instruction portion may be completed online at your convenience by accessing the link below. Upon completing the online portion, you must contact us in order to schedule a time to complete the evaluation portion, which consists of a multiple choice test. Testing is offered at our Cumberland, Frederick, and Hagerstown locations. See individual counties for days and times. Please call our office if you need to schedule a testing appointment if it differs from a scheduled class. We allow for testing at your convenience 7 days a week (additional fee may be applied). Please call for details!

For the testing, you will need to bring the following:

• Online course completion certificate (that you will be prompted to print out after successfully completing the online course)

• Your MVA assignment notice/referral letter

• Pen

• Cash payment
MVA Policy for DIP testing:
You must score 80% or better on the exam. If you fail to achieve a passing score of 80% or better, you are required to wait at least 24 hours before re-taking the exam.

ADS does not require any additional fee for re-testing.
